     Time to lose the weight and really do so.  I've watching Ruby on style.  She is losing the weight without surgery.  So I will be trying something like that.  I need to eat right, do some kind of workout and stop being so upset about my weight.  So this page, Food for Thought, will be where I will write about my journey to get smaller and healthy.  This is going to be a long journey since I need to lose over 200 lbs.  My first goal will be losing 5 lbs at a time.  Little goals sound better to me right now than the big one.
